From what I know, bone conduction is silent until you put it on. However, the "touch" technology quite frankly is a pain. You put the Direct TV remote into TV mode using the top slider, then hold select and mute at the same time, enter in 11758, then while thats going on, using the Vizio remote or app, press the learn volume+/volume-/mute buttons, so the soundbar is looking for another remote, and map it with your Direct TV remote using the correct corresponding buttons. Sadly I didnt listen to other reviews I read, I assumed because my feet are on the thinner side I wouldnt have a problem. These hooks are amazing! Just received and they are so good for the price. I felt bad for the delivery guy. I’m truly impressed and with the price point even lower than when I bought them a week ago, the $19. Love Birkenstock’s! This is a scam.
