Photo shows Velcro strap. I have to constantly putting back the cover on the sliders and that is no fun when Im trying to work out. Well worth getting the OEM Sennheiser pads if you ask me! Done exactly what I needed it to. At first I was skeptical on buying it because it would fall but it actually does stay on the case and I have no trouble taking it off. I ordered 8 M, but the shoe embossing shows 8 W. The other reviews were accurate. Lightweight and comes with screws to hang. Sometimes you get a defect. Be aware these slippers run a size small.
