Many years ago, I had a business meeting with this company about a possible collaboration (it never happened) and they gave me a pair of these as a gift, so I could get more familiar with them. The problem above and the HEOS app issues are inexcusable. I must say its the same thing. The shoes are wonderful, they are super warm, soft, flexible and pretty light considering they are outdoor booties. I work 8 hrs at a desk staring at a computer endlessinf typing data, I listen to a lot of audio, these little guys last roughly 5. My wife and I both have mountain bike types. The earpieces are comfortable but I am used to wind-up mic and this one is fixed but you can bend the arm to get it out of you face. So I replaced the conductor plate for the new one I got here at amazon. After trying on a couple of dozen earbuds and owning 5 of them, these are the best sounds I have ever heard on a bluetooth earbuds. I get a new pair of these every year because they are so comfortable, soft, and sturdy.
