Great design met with solid audio performance. So overall I give them an A+ I highly recommend downloading the Plantronics software to your PC and installing all of the firmware updates on both the USB dongle and the headset. I contacted Belkin once again and asked if this was a known issue and if they have a newer revision of this product that is more reliable. Super comfy and flowy. Also you are without a mic for who knows how long. These hanging shoe organizers are perfect. The shoes were the perfect height for my wedding day, but I would make sure you have some bandaids around if you wear them for super long periods of time. Overall, I would recommend these ear buds. They look as good as Madewell, but feel a billion times better because theyre Aerosoles.
