I paid $30 more for the Indian rubbish as well. Working out great! This stuff is awesome but my only concern is that k the cable is lil short for me. It has a cushion layer that addapts, follows your feets shape and is sooooo comfortable. I also know that BOSE has a more-or-less "no questions asked" policy on returns and exchanges—or at least they did years ago when I had to replace my noice canceling headphones several times over a period of like five years. This is a sub-par item. This product worked great for what I need. If it starts to really bug me, I may just get a leather one instead.
