There is a strong plastic odor when it’s brand new out of the box but that does go away. Theres also a dial on the control where you can control the volume of the headset. Luckily I have tiny feet and they fit perfect. All the same, now they are in place they work great and we are very happy with them. Its good to have this case for your expensive bose earbuds.
